The team at Desert Conflict shine again with this new toy. Be sure to hit the read more button to see all the pictures.

The BMP-2, or Boyevaya Mashina Pyekhota Infantry Fighting Vehicle infantry combat vehicle, fielded in the early 1980's [initially designated BMP 1981], is an improved version of the BMP-1 incorporating major armament changes. The new two-man turret mounts a 30-mm automatic gun with a long thin tube and double-baffle muzzle brake that can be used against aircraft and helicopters. The ATGM launcher on top of the turret can employ either AT-4 SPIGOT or AT-5 SPANDREL missiles, though the AT-5 Spandrel canister is normally mounted. Each side of the troop compartment has three firing ports with associated roof-mounted periscopes.

More screens in a soon, and some video as well. Hoofer said that he is putting the finishing touches on the bumpmap and imagine it will look even better with it in place. As of now it drives, swims, pops smoke, fires molten 30mm slugs, spits 7.66mm and generally kicks tail. I will post up some more in the morning when I have some more time for it.

I think it may be a bit small, and it is swimming too high, but those are easy fixes. We also have to correct the Alphas on the tracks. I think my dumb ass may have broken something in my meddling... not sure. Might just be my Vid card setting are on low, because they are working in some of the footage Hoofer whowed the team earlier today.
